If your association needs to be connected to Unioo for reporting to your bank, the setup is done via a unique invitation link sent to you. If you have not received the invitation link – or cannot find it – try these steps:

  1. Wait a moment – If you have just been notified, the link may be on its way. Wait a moment and check again.
  2. Check your spam folder – Search in spam, promotions, unwanted mail, junk, and other filters in your email client.
  3. Search your inbox – Use the search field in your email program and search for "Unioo".
  4. Use the link from the SMS – You may have received the same link via SMS. It works on the phone, but if you want to open it on a computer, you can email the link to yourself or enter the web address manually in the address bar.
  5. Wrong email address? – If your email address is misspelled in the system, as the person responsible for reporting, you can contact your financial institution and ask them to correct it. Alternatively, another board member who is already registered can change your contact information. See how here.
  6. Already registered? – If you have previously followed the link and registered yourself or the association, you do not need the link again. You can simply log in. Read more about login here.
  7. Request a new invitation link – If the association has not yet been created and none of the above solutions worked, contact the financial institution and ask them to send a new invitation link.
