Before you sign the report, you must review these documents: Board formation, Banking agreement, Minutes, Bylaws, and the Financial Statements.

Specifically check:

  • That the minutes and financial statements are from the correct year with a visible date
  • That authorised signatories match the bylaws
  • That bank access (account authorisations) is correctly assigned
  • That the board is correctly constituted with departing members removed and new ones added
  • That amounts in the banking agreement are correct (watch out for extra/missing zeros)

Remember: Once the report has been signed, it cannot be edited without stopping the process, which means all signatures will be lost. Therefore, check the information thoroughly before signing. If the report needs to be stopped, you can read how to do it by clicking here.
