- Be thorough
Read everything carefully before clicking "Approve" or "Next." If something is incorrect or missing, it can delay the process, as the entire board may need to sign again. If you just click through without reading what you accept, the financial institution may reject the report, and you will then have to change it and sign again. Pay special attention to the assignment of powers of attorney so that the right people get access.
