Order MitID
You need MitID to sign the report digitally. If you do not yet have MitID, you can get it free of charge at your local citizens' services office (Borgerservice), where you must bring your passport or driver's license.
MitID is available in several versions: as an app for smartphones, a code display (physical token), or a code reader for people with visual impairments. The citizens' services office will help you choose the right solution.
Alternative to smartphone?
If you do not have a smartphone, or if you do not wish to use the app, you can get a MitID code display, a small token that shows one-time codes. It works just as well as the app and can also be picked up at the citizens' services office. You can read more about the code display by clicking here
Do you live abroad or are you exempt from digital self-service?
If you live abroad and therefore do not have MitID, or if you cannot use MitID for other reasons, you must contact our customer service. We have the option to exempt you from the MitID requirement so you can proceed with the report.
