Important rule of thumb
Once you have approved with the MitID app, you must always return to the Unioo page. The signature is only registered once you see the confirmation in Unioo.
If you remain in the MitID app, the signature will not be saved. This applies to both Android and iPhone.

Refresh the page and try again. Remember to keep Unioo open in the background while using MitID. If it still doesn't work, you can try from another device, such as an iPad or PC.
