Filling out association information
You will find this field as the final part before the approval and signature process.

Unioo automatically retrieves the association's registered information from Virk.dk. Therefore, as a starting point, you simply need to confirm or correct that the information in Unioo matches the information from Virk.dk.
What is Virk.dk?
Virk.dk is the Danish Business Authority's portal, where many Danish companies and associations are registered. Here you can:
- Create a CVR number for the association
- Update the association's information
- Look up other associations' data
Find your CVR number
Do you already have a CVR number?
- Search for the association's name on Virk.dk
- The CVR number is listed at the top of the association's page
- Check that the information is correct and up to date
Do you not have a CVR number?
Most financial institutions require a CVR number to open a business account. Although it is not legally required for voluntary associations, it is recommended if you need to:
- Have a bank account in the association's name
- Receive public grants
- Have a NemKonto for the association
You can create a CVR number at virk.dk
Keep data updated
Check at least once a year that the association's information is correct:
- Address
- Postcode and city
- Phone number and email
This information is used by financial institutions, municipalities, and other partner organisations.
Remember: Log in to virk.dk at least every three years, otherwise the CVR number will become inactive. An inactive number can, however, be reactivated. You can read more about this by clicking here
